Olympic Weightlifting Focus with JT: Week 3 of 12
Snatch Pull (straight arms) 5 x 5 reps
Hang Power Snatch 5 x 3 reps
Push Push behind neck 5 x 3 reps
Lats pulldown 4 x 10 reps
KB Lats Row 4 x 10 reps
pistol squats (with support) 4 x 10 reps (2 sets for each leg)
