For time:

1 mile Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

1 mile Run

 

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed.

Start and finish with a mile run.

If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armour, wear it.

 

Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following sports

Swim (SUN): 1M TT

Bike (SUN): 15M TT

Run (SUN): 5M TT

Row (SUN): 4M TT

Ruck (SUN): 4M TT

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

Swim: 1k @ 1M pace or OFF
