Pre-workout challenge
In teams of 5:
– Partners alternate exact 100-m attempts.
– For every meter under / over the 100-m mark, all buddies in the team perform a penalty movement (burpees, air squats, good morning + jump)
In teams of 3,
Minute 1-3:
Taking turns, 1 buddy does 1 min on rower/assault bike, while other buddies perform AMRAP synchro DB goblet squats
– Rest 1:00
Minute 5-7:
Taking turns, 1 buddy does 1 min on rower/assault bike, while other buddies perform AMRAP Synchro DB DLs
– Rest 1:00
Minute 8-10:
Taking turns, 1 buddy does 1 min on rower/assault bike, while other buddies perform AMRAP Synchro Push-ups
Score: Add up all calories and reps together
