AT HOME WOD: Support your Local Box Fundraiser WOD 1
10 min AMRAP
10 Air squats
9 DB Power snatches, right arm
10 Push-ups (you could also sub push-ups with floor pressing your odd object)
9 DB Power snatches, left arm

Your alternative could be:
10 min AMRAP
10 Alternating Lunges (no load)
5 DB Power Clean and Jerk, right arm (especially for those with the HEAVY DB) OR Odd Object shoulder to OH right side of body
10 Floor Press with heavy DB or Odd Object
5 DB Power Clean and Jerk, left arm OR Odd Object shoulder to OH left side of body
