Olympic Weightlifting Focus with JT: Week 11 of 12

Snatch Pull (straight arms) 5 x 5 reps
Hang Power Snatch 5 x 3 reps
Push Press behind neck 5 x 3 reps
Lat pulldown 4 x 10 reps
KB Row 4 x 10 reps
pistol squats (with support) 4 x 10 reps (2 sets for each leg)
