Olympic Weightlifting Focus with JT: Week 6 of 12

Clean High Pull 5 x 5 reps
Hang Power Clean + 1 Jerk 5 x 3 reps
Push jerks 5 x 3 reps
Triceps Extensions 4 x 10 reps
Ab Wheel 4 x 10 reps
3 way biceps curls (Hammer, straight, Zottman) 4 x 10 reps (2 sets for each arm)
