ANNIVERSARY WOD:

Rotate between stations for, 5 min AMRAP per station:

1: 5 C2B, 5 Wallballs 12kg

2: 20 DB Snatch (22.5/15kg), 20 DU’s

3: 20 MB Cleans (9kg), 20 GHD sit-ups

4: 10 Sandbag GTS, 10 Sandbag lunges

5: 10 KB Deadlifts 32/24kg, 10 Burpees
