Swim (SUN): 800m Repeats, Rest 5:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (SUN): 6K Repeats, Rest/Spin 5:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (SUN): 3K Repeats, Rest/Jog 5:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (SUN): 3K Repeats, Rest/Jog 5:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (SUN): 3K Repeats, Rest/Jog 5:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Recommended ranges 3 – 6 (all), 2 – 4 (swim)

*Keep splits within 15-20 seconds

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

Brick (SUN): 6K Bike into 3K Run Repeats, Rest 7:00 between, Perform until pace or form deteriorates
