Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports…

Swim (SUN): 2 x 600m TT, rest 10 minutes between efforts

Bike (SUN): 2 x 10K TT, rest 10 minutes between efforts

Run (SUN): 2 x 5K TT, rest 10 minutes between efforts

Row (SUN): 2 x 5K TT, rest 10 minutes between efforts

Ruck (SUN): 2 x 5K TT, rest 10 minutes between efforts

*Hold pace and form on each set

*Keep within 15-30sec of both splits

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

(SAT): Rest Day. 30min+ Mobility around trouble areas.

Bike/Run (SUN): 2 x 15K TT Bike to 5K TT Run, rest/fully recover 10minutes between efforts
