Swim (TUES): 100m repeats, 1:30 rest perform until form/pace deteriorates

Bike (TUES): 800m repeats, 1:30 rest perform until form/pace deteriorates

Run (TUES): 400m repeats, 1:30 rest perform until form/pace deteriorates

Row (TUES): 500m repeats, 1:30 rest perform until form/pace deteriorates

Ruck (TUES): 500m repeats, 1:30 perform until form/pace deteriorates

*Hold splits within 2-3 seconds

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

Swim (WED): 100m repeats, 1:30 rest perform until form/pace deteriorates
