For Total Reps (IN TEAMS OF 4) complete THREE rounds

2:00 – Max Reps KBS 1.5/1pd

2:00 – Max Reps T2B

2:00 – Max Calorie Row

2:00 – Max Wall Balls (7/5kg)

(Move from movement to movement as quickly as possible)
