For 10 min:

Every even minute: 3 Muscle Ups

Every odd minute: 21 Double Unders

* 10 burpee penalty for every round not completed.

 

ENDURANCE WOD:

3+ Hours Before or After CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD

Ruck (TUE): Repeat 6:00 on, 6:00 off, until form/pace deteriorates, 55# Ruck/Boots/Utes
