Combined WOD @ Enduro. Rolling at 10:00, class starts at 10:30 SHARP!

In teams of 5:-

For time, complete:-

3,000m Row

then 200m Farmer’s Walk (1.5pd) as pacer;

AMRAP DU, Wallballs (9/7kg), Pull ups +1 resting station.

* Each team member to complete x2 Farmer’s Walk.

Ruck (SUN): 10k @ 15k TT pace @ 55# Ruck/Boots/Utes
