14 Week Marathon preparation programme at Reebok CrossFit Enduro.

Preparing for a Marathon but your times not looking so good? 
Feeling something is missing from your running?
CrossFit style Strength & Conditioning training will give you the edge you want. 
Join our 14 week ramp-up programme and not only will your running improve with leaps and bounds but you’ll also:-
* Get hands on experience with foam rolling and trigger point release;
* Improve your running technique with Pose running drills.
Head to Reebok CrossFit Enduro twice a week for CrossFit and receive a thrice weekly program based on running intervals slowly building up to longer distances.
This program will slowly ramp up in intensity having the runner ready and well prepared for the upcoming Standard Chartered Race day (2 Dec).
Where: Reebok CrossFit Enduro
When: Starting Sep 1st (one week night (Mon/Thu) and one Sat morning).
Package: SGD 850 for 14 week programme.
