Pre-workout

5 double DB deadlifts (instead of barbell DL)

5 x 2:00 rounds:
10 double DB deadlifts
Max shuttle runs
– 1 shuttle run is 25 ft out and back.
– Rest 1:00 between rounds.

COMPETE SKILL:
3 sets:
:30 single-arm ring plank hold (right arm)
:30 single-arm ring plank hold (left arm)
:30 L-sit hold
