Front Squat 21’s (add 5 – 10#)

then complete:
x3x7 weighted Pull-ups @ 50% of 1RM

  • Those working on pull-ups: your 21 sets will consist of jumping to a position where your chin is over the bar and hold that position for 5 seconds. Ensure the down is NOT a slow ECCENTRIC movement!
